Andy checked in with the nurses today by phone and Tracy said Camden pooped three times this morning!! I guess the contrast from yesterday's study did the trick, along with major surgery one week ago! We have to discuss the next step with the doctors, but hopefully it means we can start the feedings through his J tube soon!
Andy, Maddie and I are here in Maine, snowed in after 18 inches of white gold! Maddie had a blast making snow angels, and chasing mommy in the snow. She did not even want to come in for hot chocolate! We will be heading back to Boston this afternoon, after visiting with my brother and his family, and stopping to see my Dad for supper.
Way to go Camden!!!

Poopies, poopies, poopies, we all love the poopies, Camden makes the poopies, hurray! Just thought I'd sing a little song originally written for Sierra, many, many years ago. (and no, I did not compose this one - the crazy person in my household did!!) So happy to hear the news.

Well we too know how exciting a poop can be!! Uncle Carl would be happy to sing Camden our families "pooping song"...poop, poop, poop it out. Shove, shove, shove it out. Poop it out, shove it out waaaaay out! We ocasionally still need to sing for Grace, but she would not mind sharing it with her cousin. Anyways...way to go!! Have a safe trip back to Boston. I just flew back from Dallas and arrived at the house. Got the picture Andy sent of Camden and now seeing the great news about poop! Boy ... Not having children I didn't know that everyone has a song! I'll have to have Flo and Zazu make up one now!
